- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery times:

- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
However, we will assist you in filing a claim when possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
- Unworn, unwashed apparel
- Items in original condition with tags attached
- No signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or damage
Final sale items (including clearance or promotional items) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- Email us at mineandoursembroidery@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees.
- Refunds are issued once the returned package is received and inspected.
