  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Typical delivery times:


  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)



Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.



Lost or Delayed Packages



  • If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact us at mineandoursembroidery@gmail.com
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
    However, we will assist you in filing a claim when possible.






Returns & Exchanges



We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.



Return Eligibility



We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:


  • Unworn, unwashed apparel
  • Items in original condition with tags attached
  • No signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or damage



Final sale items (including clearance or promotional items) are not eligible for return or exchange.



Return Process



  1. Email us at mineandoursembroidery@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.




Return Shipping Costs



  • Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.




Exchanges



  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.




Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost to you.





International Returns



  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned package is received and inspected.
